What is ​Parenting Plan Mediation?


• A process that focuses first and always on the Best Interests of the Child/ren

• A structured discussion between the parents with the goal of creating a mutually agreed on parenting plan

• Facilitated by a neutral third party who has fulfilled Nebraska requirements for training, practice and education

• PPM does NOT include issues related to spousal financial support, division of property, child support, or other child-related financial issues
