 I value the compassion and creativity of the problem solving process.  I am committed to being available to people in every financial situation and at times of the day and week that work for real human beings.  I love win/win solutions that generate growth and equip people to love and serve.  I am ecstatic when people get more deeply in touch with their real hope and strength for living and loving.  These are the values that drive my life and my business.

​I believe in always living out my passions and working from my strengths.  I am passionate about growing people into their full potential, about making conflict productive and transformational, and about increasing the amount of compassion in our world.

My signature strengths are Strategic, Input, Ideation, Learner, and Relator.  It's a good day when I can join my passions and my strengths to make life better.

I'm a certified mediator in the state of Nebraska, with three years  of mediation experience.  I am  affiliated with the Concord Mediation Center in Omaha and the Resolution Center in Beatrice, Nebraska.  I'm also a certified parent educator in the state of Nebraska.  I am a member of the Nebraska Mediation Association and the Society for Judgement and Decision Making

In my "other life" I'm an ordained pastor in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America with thirty years of pastoral counseling experience.    For over twenty years I have been mediating organizational conflicts, especially in religious congregations.

I've been a professional mentor and coach for more than ten years in church and executive office settings.  I am a graduate of Central College in Pella, Iowa, and Wartburg Theological Seminary in Dubuque, Iowa.
